Each of the six Master Coaches began where many of you began: at CMA’s Foundational Level. They did not begin as Master Coaches.
They became increasingly drawn to the craft. The more they witnessed the difference a meaningful coaching conversation could make, the more committed they became to developing themselves—not simply to gain another credential, but to become the best coach they could be.
Over time, coaching became more than something they had learned to do. It became a craft worthy of their passion and devotion.
