What has coaching really given you — and, looking back, has the journey been worth it?
In this 60‑minute live session, several members of the Coach Masters Academy team will speak openly about how their coaching journey has reshaped the way they see themselves and the choices they make about work and life.
They will share the moments when coaching moved from something they knew how to do to the work they wanted to build their life around, and the inner shifts that came with that choice. You will hear:
• How they recognised the point where coaching shifted from “something I can do” to “a central part of who I am at work and in life.” • Stories from along the way where coaching changed how they showed up with clients, colleagues, and family — and what that demanded of them. • How staying true in this work helps them to see their blind spots and growth edges, and what they have actually done about it. • What they now know, looking back, that they wish someone had said to them at the beginning — and how that might help you decide what role coaching should play in your own life. This session is for you if you are already coaching and wondering where this path can truly take you — or if you are standing at the edge of it, asking yourself whether coaching should have a real place in your life. At some point, each of us decides what we are willing to let our one life stand for.
