Mastery Training is designed for coaches who are ready to work at the highest level — not just to refine their skillset, but to transform how they think, observe, and intervene. 

If you're preparing for the MCC, what you invest in now must deliver real, measurable value — not just knowledge, but capability that performs under assessment and practice. 

This program is structured to do exactly that. It is reserved for those who have already completed a minimum of 125 hours of an ICF Level 2 Accredited or ACTP-accredited program.



It offers 80 hours of ICF-approved coaching education, integrating the science of deep coaching within the ICF core competency. It is designed for serious practitioners eager to deepen their understanding of the intricate nature of change. This program can also serve as a preparatory program for core competency development, helping mature coaches evolve their skills from PCC to the MCC level of coaching.

We offer 2 different packages:

Standard Package (USD 4,900) I Performance-ready preparation and in-depth MCC alignment

  • Structured Curriculum: 80 learning hours over 32 weeks — grounded in applied research and real coaching scenarios
  • ICF-Endorsed Case Library: Access to recorded MCC conversations approved by the ICF — essential for modelling high-level practice
  • Comprehensive Mastery Manual: A 50-page reference guide detailing every expectation for MCC markers — giving you clarity, precision, and focus for your recordings

Extended Package @ USD 6,700 I For those who want direct, strategic support — personalised and outcome-focused to pass the ICF Assessment for MCC Performance Evaluation

All Standard Package inclusions, plus:

  • 5 Exclusive Coaching Intensives with Dr Ben Koh (120 mins each). You’ll work directly with Dr Ben, who has supported 62 coaches in successfully attaining their MCC credential since 2020. Across these five sessions, you’ll receive focused, one-on-one guidance to help you strengthen how you demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies. The mentoring is purposeful and precise, helping you deepen your presence, sharpen your discernment, and approach your recordings with greater intention and maturity.
  • Access to Dr Ben’s Live Coaching Library. You’ll also receive access to a curated library of Dr Ben’s live, full-length coaching sessions, offering a rare opportunity to observe how coaching at the MCC level unfolds in real time. These recordings provide valuable insight into the thinking, presence, and pacing required for masterful coaching.
