Another way to pursue achievement without letting it define your worth.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to do well. We want our work to matter and to make something of what we can do. But sometimes, doing well starts to mean more than the result itself.

A good result can start to mean more than the result itself. It can become proof that we are capable, still progressing, still keeping up. Another goal, another standard, another reason to wonder whether you are doing enough.

This webinar looks at that relationship with achievement.

Not whether ambition is good or bad, but what happens when doing well becomes mixed up with what we need to believe about ourselves.

We will explore:

- How to notice when pursuing something important has become a need to prove something about yourself.

- The assumptions that can make high standards feel less like a choice and more like something you cannot step away from.

- What achievement might look like when it still matters, but no longer has to carry your sense of worth.

If every achievement simply leads to another standard, what are we really hoping the next one will give us?
