Our Transformational Coaching Program: Facilitate a Meaningful Conversation consists of three distinct levels with one specialised track — each precisely designed to advance your capability and prepare you to coach at the highest global standard.

The Core Level is ideal for those who seek to formalise their coaching abilities to meet industry standards, even without prior training. It is a great starting point for anyone exploring professional coaching as a possible career.
Build the Competence to Coach for Real Change. This foundational level trains you in a structured, science-based process that enables reflective thinking — bringing awareness to the surface, sharpening clarity, and supporting meaningful, lasting action. You learn to use coaching as a developmental tool — one that supports decision-making, unlocks motivation, and fosters growth in leadership, team, and life conversations.
Develop the Competency to Engage the Whole Person. At this level, you shift from following a formalised coaching process to a more fluid approach, where you listen more deeply, respond more authentically, and support more integrated shifts. You learn to hold reflective space where insight can emerge — guiding conversations that reach beyond surface goals into deeper awareness, alignment, and transformation. This is where coaching begins to mature — and your presence begins to carry developmental weight.
If you are committed to a professional coaching career, starting your practice, or enhancing your skills to a higher level, consider our Comprehensive Package. This package combines Core and Advanced training, offering over 30% savings. After completing the course and fulfilling the requirements, you can apply for the ICF PCC.
This pathway is tailored explicitly for ACC Credential Coaches or individuals who have completed an approved ICF Coaching course (Level 1 Accreditation or ACSTH) and are ready to apply for the PCC Credential. By enrolling in the Advanced Training, you can attain Level 2 accreditation through credit transfer.
This level is designed for serious practitioners who are ready to engage with the intricate and evolving nature of transformational change. It also serves as a preparatory program for core competency development for mature coaches to evolve their skills from PCC to MCC level of coaching.
Coach at the Highest Professional Standard. This level positions you not only as a masterful coach but as a global citizen of the profession: someone who brings depth, discernment, and developmental influence to conversations that shape leaders, cultures, and change.
This level prepares experienced practitioners to meet the most rigorous global benchmark in coaching: the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), held by fewer than 3% of coaches worldwide. You need to complete at least 125 hours of coaching education with the ICF Level 2 Accreditation or ACTP.
